Required for Application

The application for the Maksym Johnson Memorial Musical Fellowship will involve the following elements.

1. Background information 

2. Resumé, to be emailed to fellowship@lvchorale.org

3. Essay Questions 

4. One letter of recommendation, to be emailed to fellowship@lvchorale.org

5. Performance clips

   1. These can be in the student's instrument of study (voice is included) or conducting.

   2. All videos should be uploaded as an unlisted YouTube link (preferred) or viewable Google Drive video and be no more than 10 mins in length. Applicants can choose to submit one longer excerpt or two smaller clips. We ask that you please indicate the piece title and composer within the video or in the title of the submission.

Timeline

March 31, 2025: Application Opens
May 5, 2025: Application Closes 
May 26, 2025: Applicants notified of status 
June 2, 2025 – June 8, 2025: Interviews conducted
June 20, 2025: Final candidates chosen
